Fairy Princess Ballerina costume for sale

This costume is truly a fairy tale dream come true! I built every piece of it, from hand dyeing the fabric to stitching tiny netting flowers to soldering the brass rod support system that holds the skirt up behind the dancer. This costume really defies gravity. It's remarkably lightweight, flexible, and it comes apart into pieces for storage and washing, making it perfect for a dance costume.

As much as I love it, I would love to have this costume out of my closet and out of the way for when I move soon! I am accepting reasonable best offers right now - clearly a lot of work and effort went into these garments and I want them to have a happy home and to be compensated fairly for my labor.

This costume features a hand-dyed custom-made leotard with shelf bra, hand-dyed bias drape over the hips, spray-painted ballanchine and tulle net skirt with brass plate and rod adjustable support, spray-painted ballanchine and tulle net collar, spray painted organza and millinery wire wings, millinery wire and gold trim tiara, and net flowers. Each piece can be easily removed from the leotard for hand washing! All support pieces are soldered and lock into position (either in the upright fan position or in the hanging-down skirt position), and are padded to protect the skin. The rigging is created so that the dancer/wearer can lock the skirt into either position herself! (Wig, tights, and shoes are not included.)

This costume stretches a considerable amount, and will easily fit a woman of the following size:
Height: 5'2-5'7
Bust: 32-38 (cup size A-D)
Waist: 25-30
Hips: 34-42
